For me, personally, culture within an organization is one of the most important factors in creating a motivating, inspiring and trusted work environment. At InContext I’m involved in projects that focus on the deepening of culture, personal development and leadership within organizations.
Working on projects that I believe in, and fully support, is extra motivating for me. As a project coordinator I work on the organizational aspects, such as planning, communication and the (practical) organization. For me the ideal combination of organizing, creating/managing structure and supporting the consultants.
