About me

Put yourself in the other person’s shoes. A sentence that is very close to my heart and that comes from a genuine interest in the other. From a very young age I have been interested in understanding how people think and why they behave the way they do. The ‘why’ question is central for me. Only when you know that, are you able to understand the other person. This was also the reason why I started studying psychology, leadership and change management.

My main driver is solving large, complex issues. This challenges me to constantly look at the bigger picture and the interactions underlying it. Just understanding this gives so many new insights. Organizations are very complex, but super interesting! Furthermore, you make me happiest when I can use both my analytical skills and my passion for people.

At InContext, I deal with Organizational Culture and Leadership and Team Development where people are central to my work. I ensure that all interests are placed openly on the table. Clear communication and transparency are very important to me, and especially in combination with the InContext core value: ‘fun’.

I am convinced that everyone has the will to learn and develop, it’s just that sometimes we need help with the question of how. How wonderful it is to be able to contribute to this together with my colleagues at InContext so that everyone can become the best version of themselves.
